Regular cleaning of dry and flammable materials, including weeds, leaves, and debris, was enforced to minimize fire risks. **The campaign emphasized four key improvements:** First, power management was strengthened to ensure that all doors, windows, and electrical systems were properly closed after work and especially before holidays. Power distribution cabinets and boxes were secured to prevent unauthorized wiring or overloading, addressing potential safety vulnerabilities. Second, the management of fire-related activities—such as welding, gas use, and oil handling—was tightened. Strict controls were put in place to prevent smoking, the use of flammable and explosive materials, and the improper disposal of combustible waste. Regular inspections of electrical and mechanical equipment were conducted to avoid malfunctions. Third, legal education and awareness campaigns were intensified. Workers and commuters were encouraged to follow safety protocols and respect station rules. Workshops implemented stricter control over access channels, ensuring that only authorized personnel could enter, and preventing unauthorized individuals from bringing dangerous items onto the premises. Fourth, fire prevention inspections were enhanced in high-traffic areas, material storage zones, and dormitories. Residents were educated about fire safety, and measures were taken to eliminate the use of high-power appliances, discourage smoking in bed, and prevent the careless disposal of cigarette butts or flammable debris. The campaign also reinforced no-fire policies in designated areas. Additionally, fire-fighting equipment and facilities were closely monitored to ensure they remained functional and accessible. Efforts were made to clear blocked fire lanes and emergency exits, and any obstructions affecting fire suppression systems were promptly addressed. To ensure accountability, the principle of "who is in charge, who is responsible" was applied. A clear management system was established, defining roles, tasks, and responsibilities. All existing issues were documented, and strict measures were taken against those who failed to comply with fire safety regulations. Regular inspections and supervision of critical fire-prone areas were conducted, and necessary corrective actions were recommended and followed up on.
