In January 2014, Haier's Rishun Furnishing Plaza officially opened its doors in Shanghai on January 1st. This marked the second furnishing plaza established by Rishun following its launch in Qingdao. The company has also begun to explore the potential of its online and offline integration model through Rishun e-commerce, which is still in its early stages.
A photo of a European-style solid wood furniture set from Paris Residence is displayed here, highlighting the range of products available at the plaza.
Rishun Home Plaza offers an integrated O2O experience, including free Wi-Fi, smart logistics, one-stop installation, and customized solutions for customers. Wang Yuefeng, General Manager of Rishun Household Services Company, emphasizes that unlike more mature O2O models like Melaleuca, Rishun focuses on connecting its online platform (rrs.com) with physical stores.
The Rishun e-commerce site was launched in September 2013 but has remained relatively low-key. Despite its existence, it hasn't received much public attention due to limited marketing efforts.
From what can be seen on the main website, appliances from the Haier system still dominate the Rishun e-commerce platform. However, the company is gradually expanding into home furnishings and building materials, adopting a supplier model and moving toward a more platform-based approach.
Rishun Home Furnishing maintains strict quality control from the moment products arrive at the warehouse until they are delivered to customers, helping to minimize returns and losses. Additionally, Rishun uses a system to visualize and share the service process, allowing users to track their orders online in real time.
With its extensive coverage and strong market presence in the home appliance sector, Rishun Logistics has provided valuable experience and technical support for e-commerce assembly services.
Industry experts believe that Rishun's move from home appliances to home furnishings represents a significant milestone in its horizontal expansion. It also marks a crucial step in Haier Group's transformation from a traditional appliance retailer to an internet-based platform.
In 2014, the competition in the home building materials market intensified, shifting from traditional channels to a more dynamic online and offline battle. Established players like Red Star Macalline and Actual Home have also adopted similar strategies, integrating the internet to protect their market positions.
Whether Rishun Home can leverage its O2O model to break through the competition remains to be seen, but the future looks promising as the company continues to evolve and expand.
Low Porosity Refractory Brick
Low porosity clay bricks are made of low aluminum mullite as the main raw material, formed by high pressure molding and high temperature sintering. The main mineral composition is mullite phase, the product has excellent high temperature physical properties and chemical erosion resistance.
Low porosity clay brick stability is good, the degree of erosion does not occur sudden change, than ordinary clay brick life increased by 2 to 3 times. Thermal conductivity, specific heat and solubility, respectively, than ordinary clay bricks 2 times higher than 10% and 40%, heat storage capacity than ordinary clay bricks 50% to 60% higher than the thermal efficiency of the kiln can be improved.
Low porosity clay bricks are characterized by:
1. Low porosity, 13 to 15%;
2. Load softening temperature is high for about 1472 ℃;
3. High compressive strength at room temperature, generally about 100MPa;
4. Good volume stability at high temperature and good abrasion resistance;
5. good resistance to infiltration and erosion.
Low porosity clay brick as a good clay refractory brick products, so often used in chemical erosion, temperature fluctuations in the environment, such as steel, glass, chemical industry. The effect is quite obvious in the use of glass hot room and the use of iron water tank.
