TORAYCA tow
TORAYCA tow is a high performance carbon fiber based on polyacrylonitrile (PAN). TORAYCA long fiber particles
Toray long carbon fiber Reinforced Pellet (TLP) refers to a resin material containing carbon fibers of the same length as the particles in the same direction. Compared with short fiber reinforced materials, the fiber length of the molded article is long, and it is excellent in many aspects such as mechanical properties and electronic properties. Further, in the TLP manufacturing process, efforts have been made to improve the dispersibility of the carbon fibers, so that the long fiber reinforcing materials also have a good molding effect.

TORAYCA powder fiber refers to a reinforcing fiber for composite materials used after being mixed with a matrix of thermosetting resin, rubber, paper, cement, or the like.
TORAYCA backplane
The TORAYCA base plate is a short fiber random alignment base plate made of TORAYCA wire. In addition to high electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, and chemical resistance, it has excellent resin impregnation properties and drapability. The main purposes are to prevent FRP and floor wood electrification, corrosion-resistant filtration, smoke isolation, corrosion-resistant FRP substrate, wet vacuum cleaner vacuum plate, FRP parabolic antenna wave reflector, electromagnetic wave shielding material.
TORAYCA blade
The TORAYCA blade is a tubular material made of carbon fiber, which improves the performance of the carbon fiber while improving the molding workability. The main applications are rods (straight tubes, conical tubes), FRP forming parts for reinforcement (planar cross-stacking), tennis balls, badminton rackets (curved tubes), etc.
TORAYCA short fiber particles
The TORAYCA short fiber pellet is a pelletized injection molding material obtained by carbon fiber dispersion strengthening of a thermoplastic resin. The molding conditions are the same as those of nylon, PBT, and abs containing glass fibers. Unlike TORAYCA long fiber particles, the particle length is short and the short fibers are randomly oriented.
