Bottled Sampler complies with GB/T 6679-2003 "General Principles for Sampling of Solid Chemical Products" and is ideal for sampling solid chemicals such as powders, small particles, and crystals. The sampling probe consists of two tightly fitted tubes: the outer tube has a series of slots, while the inner tube aligns with them. When sampling, the slots are closed, and the probe is inserted at an angle into the material. Once it reaches the desired depth, the slots open to collect the sample. The collected material is then poured from the end into the sample container, completing the process. This device is not only suitable for collecting full samples but also for taking partial samples.

Product Selection :

How to Use the Bottled Sampler :
1. Ensure the sampling probe is clean before use.
2. Close the slots, insert the probe at an angle, and reach the desired depth. Rotate the slot 2-3 times to allow material to enter. Close the slot, carefully remove the probe, and pour the sample into the container.
3. If the material is dense, insert the pusher from the rear end to help transfer the sample smoothly.
4. Wipe the probe and complete the sampling process.
