(4) The scale, equipment and technical level of some key enterprises have reached world-class level and achieved obvious advantages in international competition;
(5) The performance of some products has reached the international advanced level;
(6) High-speed railway locomotive bogie axle box, gearbox, motor casing and other parts, wind power wheel hub, base and CNC machine tool beam and other key components have been mass-produced and applied;
(7) There are more than one hundred factories with an annual output of more than 10,000 tons of cast iron, advanced production equipment and stable quality. Most of them use electric furnace or cupola-electric furnace double smelting, equipped with pre-furnace nitrogen oxyhydrogen analyzer and vacuum. Advanced equipment and testing methods such as direct reading spectrometers and scanning electron microscopes;
(8) A large number of enterprises have used international level melting, styling and testing equipment (QL-5800 spark direct reading spectrometer).
Development status and development trend of foreign countries: The output of castings in industrialized countries has recovered from the financial crisis. The foundry's tasks are full, the scale of production and specialization are high, and the comprehensive quality and technical and economic benefits of castings are good. Mainly manifested in:
(1) Generally adopt CAD/CAE/CAM, attach importance to the pre-optimization design of products and processes through product numerical simulation and establishment of production basic database, realize digitalization of product R&D and design, and the level of foundry automation is generally high;
(2) In the aspect of styling and core making, the robot is used to monitor the core process with a vision system, and the casting has high dimensional accuracy and small machining allowance;
(3) In the aspect of molten iron smelting, in addition to the use of spectral analysis, emphasis is placed on the use of thermal analysis techniques to accurately control the quality of the molten iron before the furnace, including chemical components such as carbon content, sulfur content, etc., while measuring the N of the molten iron. H, O content, stable iron liquid quality, small fluctuations in chemical composition;
(4) Adopting electric furnace smelting, feeding method, spheroidization and inoculation treatment process, the whole process of melting, spheroidizing and inoculation is coherent, the degree of digitization is high, and there is no magnesia soot;
(5) Through the micro-alloying and special iron liquid treatment technology, the structure and performance of the casting can be stably controlled, and the inherent quality is good and the precision retention is good;
(6) Low emissions and environmental protection have reached international advanced standards.
