At present, there are some access control manufacturers on the market that have not even passed elevator car roofs. Instead, they use multi-door or single-door access systems to control the floors of elevators. They did not consider how many elevators would be connected in parallel in the same building. The complex operation of the elevators and the safety requirements of the elevators will actually increase the energy consumption and losses of the elevators, which is extremely irresponsible to the users. As a result, some users have a negative impression of the entire industry of the IC card elevator management system.

Everyone knows that elevators are a kind of special industrial equipment. The safe operation of elevators is related to the safety of people. Although there is no electrical connection between the access control system and the elevators, many of the access control products are not specifically designed for electromagnetic interference shielding. It may interfere with the floor signal of the elevator button (because the floor signal line of the elevator must go through the relay or optocoupler on the main board of the IC card system), and even some manufacturers compete with each other at a low price for low cost to purchase the defective components and cause the system The interference is very large and seriously affects the safe operation of the elevator.

Some of the access control manufacturers used the access controller to light up the floor button of the owner in the elevator when they realized the function of “owners go out and make call reservations in advance”. They did not consider that there were multiple elevators in parallel in the same unit. How to choose to send elevators first and foremost, because the access control system can not know the current status of each elevator, so they are generally assigned an elevator. And when the elevator is running on the 10th floor, the floor buttons below the 10th floor cannot light normally. In this time period, the access controller is used to light up the floor buttons below the 10th floor in the car to realize the reservation call. Ladder will not succeed.

Here are two correct ways to make an appointment call:

One is to use a professional elevator management system to light the outcall button on the owner's floor (up/down arrow buttons). When multiple elevators are connected in parallel or group control, the elevator itself will select the elevator with the highest priority.

The second is to use a professional elevator management system to obtain the current running status of each elevator. Within a reasonable period of time, the nearest, most free elevator is selected to light the owner floor button in the elevator car.

Access controllers are generally installed on the wall or ceiling, and often do not attach too much importance to the seismic performance of the product (for example, some chips or modules are pluggable). The elevator is a device that moves up and down and some elevator cars vibrate. It's not small. After running for a while, some access control products often suffer from crashes and data loss. The professional elevator management system will often attach great importance to the product's seismic and impact resistance performance, try to avoid the use of plug-in chip and module, all welded firmly.

Some access control manufacturers are not familiar with the elevators. They designed the main controller to be installed in the top elevator room of the elevator. The card readers were installed in the car. The card reader cable was followed by the cable accompanying the elevator. This design method is very unreliable. ! Because the disturbance in the elevator shaft is very large (especially when the elevator is running), and the distance between the card reader and the main control board is very long (larger than the height of the building), using this method will often cause card reading. Error, lost permission, or time.

The professional elevator controllers are installed with the main control board in the top of the elevator car or in the car control panel. The distance between the card reader and the main controller is close, and the card reader line will not follow the elevator accompanying cable to move up and down and be disturbed. The probability will be greatly reduced.

The readers of the elevator management system are often optimized for the metal walls of the elevator car. The card reader has a better anti-metal screen effect and will not be able to read the card if it is mounted on a metal object. (or very recent) situation.
