Beans have strong adaptability, the optimum temperature for growth is 20~25°C, and the optimum temperature for flowering and pod formation is 25~28°C, which is not resistant to low temperature. When the temperature is lower than 5°C, it is easily damaged. Therefore, winter seed beans, field tube is more critical.

1, nursery. In the past, the production of beans was mostly carried out by live broadcast. On the basis of fully protecting the roots from chilling damage, the seedlings were guaranteed to be strong; early sowing, early harvesting, and morning market. Nutrient seedlings are often used in production. It can also be used to raise seedlings in 50-hole trays. Seeds are planted 2~3 seeds per hole, water is irrigated, and temperature is controlled reasonably. It is necessary to avoid the phenomenon of "red roots" in seedling stage and prevent the lengthening. The seedling age is about 25 days.

2. Reasonable close planting. Because the growth of the bean seedlings is in a low temperature and low light environment. Photosynthesis is blocked, and the plant's own nutrition is limited, so it must not be too dense when planting, in order to prevent the leaves from blocking each other. Generally take 70 cm, 50 cm size ridge (or double high ridge) planting, plant spacing of about 30 cm, watering after planting, and then sputum and then cover the entire film.

3. Field management. In winter, the cover is strengthened, the heat is kept, the lighting is strengthened, and the film is often wiped off to make the light transmission good. It is best to hang the reflective curtain in the shed. In the management of fertilizer and water, from the transplanting to the flowering, the main control should be water control and cultivating, and water should be poured as little as possible. Before the flowering of the beans, 15 kg of ammonium sulfate should be applied. During the pod-forming period, the fertilizer is applied once every 10~15 days, and each time ammonium sulfate is applied 15~20 kg. Conditional, after flowering, sunny day, apply carbon dioxide gas fertilizer every morning, and properly ventilate after 2 hours. In the late growth stage of the beans, the plants are senescent, and the roots are aging. In order to prolong the pod formation, 0.2% potassium dihydrogen phosphate can be sprayed for foliar fertilization. After the beans are stretched, the vines should be erected in time, and the buds should be smashed and smeared in time. Try to avoid the light blocking each other between the leaves. When the plant height is 2~2.5 meters, pick the heart in time to promote pod formation. Pay attention to destroy the lower old leaves after each harvest.

4. Timely harvesting. Beans should be harvested in time to prevent premature aging, usually harvested 13 to 16 days after flowering. Planting beans in the greenhouse, due to the low temperature and high humidity environment, poor ventilation, and susceptibility to rust, should be timely prevented. You can also choose to put a small wind at noon on sunny days to reduce humidity.
