According to Zhuo Baosong, the company has established a medium-sized pilot plant. It has teamed up with 10 colleges and universities and 19 experts and professors. After more than 400 medium-sized tests, it successfully developed successful protein fiber and obtained 7 national inventions. Patent and 1 utility model patent.
In October 2007, Xiangyang Tianyuan Protein Fiber Company invested a total of 400 million yuan, covering an area of ​​130,000 square meters, and started construction in the gathering area. The project is planned to be 6 production lines with an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons. The entire project will be constructed in three phases. At present, the first phase of investment is 100 million yuan, and an annual production capacity of 2,500 tons of protein fiber production line has been built. The second phase of the annual production of 12,500 tons of protein fiber project will start construction in the first half of next year.
