Metal roofing generally requires waterproofing in the following areas: horizontal lap joints, vertical lap joints, fan ports, protruding roof pipes, air conditioning ducts, lighting panels, roof ridges, gutters, metal plate and parapet wall junctions, screw firmware, etc. Metal roof waterproofing weak link.

Pretreatment:

Carefully inspect the metal roof before construction to ensure that the metal roof is firm, clean, free of rust and free of freezing materials. If the above conditions are not met, the following treatments are made:

A. Replace the rusted firmware and add the firmware in the appropriate position.

B. Polish the rust area with rust-proof sandpaper until it shows the metallic color, then apply a base coat.

C. Remove frozen, dust and other dirt.

Construction process:

A. Metal roof lap joint: The metal roof lap joint is first coated with a layer of Beski layer paint. When it is still wet, a 15-20 cm wide sewed polyester cloth is embedded therein, and the Beski layer coating is applied from above. Fully infiltrate the woven polyester fabric so that it is completely dry.

B. Metal roof protrusions (such as chimneys, vents, fan ports, etc.): Cut the woven polyester fabric of appropriate size and shape, and cut it according to technical requirements. Apply a layer of Beski layer coating around the protrusions. The cut woven polyester fabric is spread on it, and the woven polyester fabric is fully wetted with the Beski layer paint from above to ensure no blistering and wrinkle-free.

C. Metal roofing firmware: The polyester fabric was woven with 10 cm × 10 cm, and treated in the same manner as above.

D. Metal roof gutter: the gutter lap joint, the water outlet and other places are first partially waterproofed with a metal roof waterproofing system, then a layer of paint is applied in a larger waterproof area, and the seam is woven when it is still wet. Ester cloth, and then fully infiltrated the polyester fabric with the Yardeli slurry from above, so that it is completely dry. After at least 12 hours, finally apply a layer of Yardley slurry.

E. Apply the second layer of top coat in the area where the waterproof treatment is applied. The total coating rate of the top coat is 35 square meters / 20 liters (can be applied at one time, but it is recommended to apply the brush twice to keep the total coating The coverage rate is unchanged).

F, the coating rate of the single layer of the Beski layer coating is 40 square meters / 20 liters, and the utilization rate of the woven polyester fabric is 90%.
