US Amonix module efficiency reaches 34.2%

Recently, according to the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) of the United States, the peak efficiency of the component products of Amonix, a concentrator photovoltaic system manufacturer in the United States, has reached 34.2%.

The National Renewable Energy Laboratory of the United States conducted outdoor testing of the module. Its laboratory conversion efficiency reached 33.5%, and after several days of outdoor testing, the module's peak efficiency reached 34.2%. Previously, Amonix's module efficiency was 30.3%. The company pointed out that this was once the highest conversion efficiency in real life conditions.

Sarah Kurtz of the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in the United States expressed his excitement about this achievement. He pointed out that, in general, CPV has made great strides in improving conversion efficiency. At present, the conversion efficiency of Amonix components has been obtained by any country in the world as a gold standard, and is included in the latest published photovoltaic cell efficiency table.
