**SF Integrated Waterproof Construction Process**
**Construction Steps**
**1. Preparation of SF Anti-Water Solution** Start by preparing the SF anti-water solution. Take 700 grams of concentrated SF material and place it in an iron pot containing 3 kilograms of clean water. Heat the mixture until fully dissolved, then transfer it to a container with 97 kilograms of cold water and let it sit for 10 minutes. **Note:** Avoid stirring during this period to ensure proper mixing and consistency. **2. Screed Construction** - **Mixing Ratio:** Cement : Sand : Perlite : Anti-Water Solution = 1:2:0.2:1 - **Material Mixing (Manual):** Measure and mix cement, sand, and perlite thoroughly three times in a dry state. Then add the pre-measured anti-water solution and mix wetly three more times. Ensure the mixture is uniform and meets slump requirements as per specifications. - **Leveling Layer Application:** Apply a 20mm thick layer of the SF polymer cement waterproof mortar onto the prepared base. Use a scraper to spread the material evenly, then press it twice with a wooden trowel before finishing with an iron trowel for a smooth surface. **3. Insulation Layer Construction** - **Mixing Ratio:** Cement : Perlite : Anti-Water Solution = 1:1.8:2 - **Material Mixing (Manual):** Combine cement, perlite, and any other dry ingredients, mix them three times, then add the SF anti-water solution and continue mixing wetly three times. Check for even distribution and correct slump. - **Insulation Application:** Apply a 90mm thick insulation layer. The construction team marks the slope based on the design drawings, installs ribs for reference, and ensures accuracy. After approval from the supervisor, the SF polymer cement perlite material is spread over the leveling layer, rolled with an iron roller, and smoothed with a scraper. **4. Waterproof Layer Construction** - **Mixing Ratio:** Cement : Sand : Perlite : Anti-Water Solution = 1:2:0.5:1.3 - **Material Mixing (Manual):** Mix cement, sand, and perlite three times in dry form, then add the anti-water solution and stir wetly three times. Confirm that the mixture is consistent and meets required specifications. - **Waterproof Layer Application:** Apply a 30mm thick layer of SF polymer cement waterproof mortar over the insulation. Use a scraper to spread, press twice with a wooden trowel, and finish with an iron trowel for a smooth, compact surface. **5. Waterproof Protective Layer Construction** - **Mixing Ratio:** Cement : Sand : Perlite : Anti-Water Solution = 1:2:0.2:1 - **Material Mixing (Manual):** Dry mix the materials three times, then add the anti-water solution and mix wetly three times. Ensure the mixture is even and meets specification standards. - **Protective Layer Application:** Apply a 20mm thick protective layer after the initial setting of the waterproof layer. Spread 10mm of SF waterproof mortar, place a glass fiber mesh on top, and compact with a wooden trowel. Apply another 10mm layer, smooth with a scraper, flatten with a wooden trowel, and finish with an iron trowel. **6. Joint Construction** - **Expansion Joints:** Spaced 3 meters apart, with a 10mm wide slit. - **Divisional Joints:** Spaced 1 meter apart, with a 10mm wide plastic grid (Great Wall Standard). - **Construction Process:** Mark the joints using ink lines on the waterproof protective layer while it's still slightly soft. Place the plastic grid along the line and press it into the surface with a wooden trowel. Clean any residue that falls into the gaps. **7. Detail Construction** - **Negative Corners:** All inside corners are rounded with a radius of at least 100mm. - **Parapet Walls:** Clean the wall surface, apply a coat of SF polymer cement waterproof mortar to create a 10mm thick layer, ensuring it connects smoothly with the leveling, insulation, and waterproof layers. - **Roof Edge Treatment:** Before roofing, apply a 15mm thick layer of SF waterproof mortar around the roof edge, extending 200mm on both vertical and horizontal surfaces. Create a seamless connection with the roof. - **Rainwater Inlet:** After clearing the downspout, apply 100mm deep SF waterproof mortar along the inner edge of the inlet. Apply a 200mm high layer around the opening and ensure it forms a continuous, integrated seal with the waterproof system. - **Construction Joints:** Avoid straight joints. The reserved section should be at least 200mm long. When resuming work, brush the joint with a cement slurry mixed with SF anti-water solution before continuing. **Contact Us:** Phone: 15652306697
