**SF Integrated Waterproof Construction Process**
**Construction Procedure**
1. **Preparation of SF Anti-Water Solution** Begin by placing 700 grams of concentrated SF material into an iron pot containing 3 kilograms of clean water. Heat the mixture until fully dissolved, then transfer it to a bucket with 97 kilograms of cold water and let it sit for 10 minutes. Important: Do not stir while the solution is stationary. 2. **Screed Construction** - **Material Mix Ratio**: Cement : Sand : Perlite : Anti-Aqueous Solution = 1 : 2 : 0.2 : 1 - **Mixing Process (Manual)**: Measure and dry-mix cement, sand, and perlite three times. Then add the pre-measured anti-aqueous solution to the dry mix and wet-stir three times. Ensure even mixing and check the slump to meet specifications. - **Leveling Application**: Apply a 20mm thick layer of the mixed SF polymer cement waterproof mortar on the prepared base. Use a scraper to spread it evenly, press twice with a wooden trowel, and finish with an iron trowel for a smooth surface. 3. **Insulation Layer Construction** - **Material Mix Ratio**: Cement : Perlite : Anti-Aqueous Solution = 1 : 1.8 : 2 - **Mixing Process (Manual)**: Dry-mix cement, perlite, and sand three times, then add the anti-aqueous solution and wet-stir three times. Check for uniformity and proper consistency. - **Insulation Application**: Construct a 90mm thick insulation layer. Mark the slope according to design drawings, install ribs, and ensure the base is properly inspected and approved before applying the SF polymer cement perlite mix. Use an iron roller to compact the material after spreading. 4. **Waterproof Layer Construction** - **Material Mix Ratio**: Cement : Sand : Perlite : Anti-Aqueous Solution = 1 : 2 : 0.5 : 1.3 - **Mixing Process (Manual)**: Dry-mix the ingredients three times, then add the anti-aqueous solution and wet-stir three times. Confirm the mix is consistent and meets specification requirements. - **Waterproof Application**: Apply a 30mm thick layer of SF polymer cement waterproof mortar over the insulation. Use a scraper, press with a wooden trowel, and finish with an iron trowel for a smooth, durable surface. 5. **Waterproof Protective Layer Construction** - **Material Mix Ratio**: Cement : Sand : Perlite : Anti-Aqueous Solution = 1 : 2 : 0.2 : 1 - **Mixing Process (Manual)**: Follow the same procedure as above to prepare the material. - **Protective Layer Application**: Apply a 20mm thick protective layer after the waterproof layer has set slightly. Spread 10mm of mortar, place a layer of fiberglass mesh, compact with a wooden trowel, and apply another 10mm layer, smoothing with a scraper and troweling for a solid finish. 6. **Joint Construction** - **Expansion Joints**: Place joints at 3m intervals with a 10mm width. - **Division Joints**: Install 1m spacing with 10mm wide plastic grids (Great Wall Standard). - **Application Process**: Mark the lines on the waterproof protective layer during initial setting. Insert the plastic grid along the marked line using a wooden trowel, then remove any debris from the gaps. 7. **Detailed Construction Practices** - **Negative Corners**: All internal corners should be rounded with an R ≥ 100mm. - **Parapet Walls**: Clean the wall surface, apply a coat of SF waterproof mortar to form a unified layer with the leveling layer, and extend it to the insulation and waterproof layers. - **Roof Perimeter**: Apply 15mm thick SF mortar around the roof edge, extending 200mm vertically and horizontally to create a seamless waterproof system. - **Rainwater Outlets**: After cleaning the outlet, apply 100mm deep SF mortar inside the inlet, then build up 200mm high around it, ensuring it connects seamlessly with the waterproof material. - **Construction Joints**: Avoid straight joints; keep the cut length at least 200mm. When resuming work, brush the joint with SF anti-aqueous solution before proceeding. For more information or assistance, feel free to contact us at: **+86 15652306697**.
