Latex paint is a water-based coating made using emulsions derived from petrochemical products. It is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and safe to use. Because it dries quickly and is easy to apply, it’s a popular choice for interior and exterior walls. It also provides good color retention and breathability. Depending on its intended use, latex paint can be divided into interior wall paint and exterior wall paint.
