The production process for magnetite ore dressing equipment is carefully designed to maximize efficiency and purity. The raw ore is first crushed using a jaw crusher to reach the desired particle size. It is then evenly fed into a ball mill via a hoist and feeder system, where it undergoes further grinding. The finely ground ore is then sent to a classification stage, where a spiral classifier separates the particles based on their density and settling speed in the liquid medium. After classification, the material passes through a magnetic separator, which uses magnetic and mechanical forces to extract magnetic minerals from the mixture.
Next, the pre-separated minerals are transferred to a flotation machine, where specific reagents are added depending on the type of mineral. This allows the desired minerals to be selectively separated from the rest.
