5. Wear gloves to prevent contamination when handling the recombinant. Wash hands or disinfect after handling and before leaving the laboratory. In all operations, avoid aerosols (for example, use hot white gold rings for inoculation). When inoculation into the culture medium, if many aerosols occur, it may constitute pollution). 6. When removing contaminated items from the laboratory, they must be placed in a stable and leak-free container and sealed in the laboratory before being shipped out to prevent non-experimental organisms such as insects in the laboratory. And rodents, etc.



7. If other methods are available, avoid using a needle. In the laboratory, wear a lab coat and take off before disengagement to prevent people who do not know the nature of the experiment from entering the laboratory.



8. During the experiment, the “P2 level laboratory” should be marked in the laboratory and the “P2 level experiment in progress” should be marked. Moreover, the refrigerators and freezers that store the recombinants should be labeled as such. The laboratory should always be cleaned up and kept clean, and items not related to the experiment should not be placed.



9. HEPA filter in safe operation equipment, before the exchange, punctual inspection and experimental content changes, it is necessary to seal the safe operation equipment, fumigation with 10 grams of formaldehyde per cubic meter for 1 hour to remove pollution.
