As reported by the head of the Enterprise Service Department at the Industrial Port Management Committee, by October this year, the park has successfully attracted 13 energy-efficient lighting manufacturers, such as Yuanli Optoelectronics and Dongxu Energy Savings. These companies occupy a total area of 356 mu and have invested approximately 1.28 billion yuan. Currently, 12 out of the 13 companies have already commenced operations, while the remaining one is progressing rapidly with its construction efforts.
She further mentioned that from January to October this year, the energy-efficient lighting firms within the park achieved an output value of 600 million yuan. Their industrial added value reached 190 million yuan, contributing a profit and tax amounting to 600 million yuan. Additionally, over 700 employees are currently engaged in productive work. As of now, various municipalities and transportation infrastructure projects, including the new urban development zone in Yinxian County and the Yinchuan Ring Expressway, have incorporated LED lights or electrodeless lamps produced by Jixian County.
Looking ahead, Jixian plans to establish a collaborative trade platform for enterprises within the park. Through professional promotional conferences, they aim to not only promote the development of the high-efficiency lighting industry but also assist park-based enterprises in expanding their production and management capabilities. This initiative reflects a strategic effort to enhance regional economic growth while fostering innovation and sustainability in the lighting sector.
