Fault reason: F004 alarm activation condition is that the three-phase incoming line voltage is about 20% lower. The three-phase voltage detection is sent to the comparator comparator to the CPU processor to determine the signal level by the voltage divider resistor and activate the alarm code. The thyristor quick-capacity protector burned by the DC governor is burnt. The F004 code will be displayed when the power is turned on. The F004 code cannot be reset. The power sampling signal is open and the power supply will also alarm F004. Damage to the CUD1 control board also activates the alarm.
Troubleshooting method:
1. Observe the display value of R015 and input 380V to the governor. Normally it is 380~400V.

3, driving stall failure phenomenon: device start, but the hoist did not turn, fault number F035
Possible cause of failure: Heavy load or motor stall.
4. No armature current flowing through the fault Phenomenon: Although the device has been started, no armature current flows through. Fault No. F036
Possible cause of failure: The armature circuit is open circuit.
5, I2t motor monitoring response failure phenomenon: motor overheating, fault number F037
Possible causes of failure: Heavy load for a long time at low speed or overloaded.
6, overweight fault phenomenon: the system in the high-speed time this failure, or just start or run in the reporting fault, fault number F038
Possible causes of failure: (1) Excessive force, high-speed operation, resulting in insufficient braking torque and overspeed;
(2) The shaft encoder is broken or disconnected.
