4. If you need to punch holes directly on the PC board during installation, the general aperture must be greater than 50% of the bolt diameter. Bolts with a head larger than the aperture should be used and a waterproof pad should be added.

6. The addition of DOP plasticizer in PVC gasket and the chemical substances in some rubber gaskets will damage the PC board after contact with the PC board, so it is absolutely unusable. It is recommended to use the material of the gasket as EPDM rubber (EPDM). , Silicone rubber and Neoprene rubber. If you don't have a suitable gasket, you'd rather not use it, otherwise it will damage the PC board and cause it to break.
7, need to seal the rubber installation, you can use neutral Silicone (silicon) neutral series sealant (alcohol type, Toshiba) or double-sided waterproof tape.
8. Double-sided waterproof tape can be used for gasketing between sheet and frame, in addition to waterproofing. Most double-sided tapes are destructive to PC boards. Therefore, it is necessary to select a tape that does not damage the PC board, such as Japanese butyl waterproof tape.
9. If the PC board needs to be bent, its construction bending radius should be larger than the strain bending rate radius. The strain bending rate radius is as follows:
