Second, the simulation of the temperature field of the heating furnace

When designing the furnace, computer simulation technology can also be applied to study different design schemes. The simulation of the temperature field of the furnace can discuss the effect of different design schemes on temperature uniformity and energy saving, and help to find out the unreasonable design. Figure 5 and Figure 6 are the temperature field simulations of the furnace roof of the large well type carburizing furnace with the insulation layer and the non-insulation layer. The simulation results show that the temperature at the top of the furnace cover is uniform and the temperature is low, which will reduce heat dissipation; the temperature at the bottom of the furnace cover is relatively uniform and high, which is obviously beneficial to the uniformity of the temperature field in the furnace. Without the insulation layer design, the temperature uniformity at the top of the furnace cover is not good, and the local temperature is high, which will increase the external heat dissipation; the uneven temperature at the bottom will also increase the unevenness of the temperature field in the furnace. Figures 7 and 8 show the temperature field simulation of the two furnace bottom structures, respectively. Figure 7 shows the design of the oil-sealed hearth. In addition to the certain advantages in the structure, it is obvious that the temperature field of Liu is in an unfavorable place, and the outside temperature of the furnace bottom is higher, and the heat dissipation will be more serious. Conversely, the furnace tank design structure shown in Fig. 8 shows that the temperature outside the furnace bottom is lower from the temperature field distribution in Fig. 8, which is conducive to uniform temperature in the furnace and energy conservation.
