The relevant systems are not perfect, and these factors have led to the low level of plutonium in China's waste plastics recycling industry.
Second, technical aspects Internationally, plastic recycling methods include physical regeneration, energy recovery, chemical reduction, and use as solid fuels. At present, China's plastic recycling is mainly based on physical regeneration. Most waste plastics recycling and processing enterprises have basically no conditions to introduce, develop new technologies, new processes, and have low technical content and added value, which hinders the development of waste plastic recycling.
Third, management aspects The waste plastics industry is currently managed by the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. Because the industry is not clear, it leads to lack of industry guidance and technical specifications. Therefore, we should establish a centralized department as soon as possible to closely integrate the domestic waste separation and recovery work, so as to establish a sound recycling system.
At present, various countries in the world are taking various measures to recycle waste plastics. The recycling work in some developed countries has already had obvious benefits. In the future development process, China should also actively learn from its advanced experience and improve the recycling rate of waste plastics.
