The early flowering stage of rapeseed should be protected against boron

Before and after the initial flowering stage of rapeseed, it is the period of the most absorption of boron in the life of rapeseed, and it is also the best period for the prevention and control of sclerotinia. Sclerotinia sclerotiorum is the main disease of rapeseed, which occurs in Hubei Province and generally causes a reduction of more than 15%, and a serious damage of more than 30%. The disease is a fungal disease. Since the early stage of the disease is mainly concentrated on the lower leaves and stems of the lower part, it is not easy to find, and when the disease in the pod-forming stage is fully manifested, the prevention and treatment has no effect. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent it early. When the oil is deficient in boron, the plants can not grow normally, especially the pods will appear "yin angle" due to the degradation of the flower, forming "flowers and not real", resulting in a significant decrease in the yield and quality of rapeseed, and even serious. Boron can increase production, improve quality and oil yield. Boron can be added in time for chemical control. Sclerotinia sclerotiorum is closely related to the lack of boron in rapeseed. Because 90% of the cultivated soil in Hubei Province lacks boron, and some farmers don't pay much attention to the choice of boron fertilizer, the amount of boron applied to the soil is seriously insufficient. It is recommended to use the “holding boron” produced in the United States. From the convulsion period to the initial flowering stage of rapeseed, boron is supplemented by “Fast Le Boron” produced by the United States. In order to prevent the occurrence of sclerotinia, 150 g of carbendazim WP can be used per mu (150 g of 50% carbendazim WP) or 100 g of 40% sclerotium; or 40% virulence 200 ml, etc., plus 30-50 g of Suile Boron, 70 kg of water is sprayed 2-3 times before and after the initial flowering stage of rapeseed, each interval of 7-10 days.
