Undried wood keel moisture content is usually around 25%, while the qualified wood flooring moisture content is generally 12%, the humidity difference is too large to make the wooden floor absorb moisture quickly, causing the floor to arch, paint burst.

In the construction, the floor is first spread, and then other constructions are performed on the floor. However, after the floor is laid, it often takes a month or more before it can be polished. During the period, there were no isolation measures for the water vapor and chemicals on the floor and surrounding environment, which may cause the wooden floor to be deformed due to the rapid change in water content.

To prevent the assembly too loose or too tight.

When laying the floor, the tightness of the assembled wooden floor should be reasonably arranged according to the ambient temperature and humidity of the place of use. If it is too loose, there will be a large gap in the floor contraction. When it is too tight, the floor will arch when it expands.

Prevent the use of wooden wedges and nails.

The use of wood wedges and nails in the construction method will cause the nail holding force to be insufficient due to the small contact surface between the wood wedge and the nail, which can easily cause the wooden keel to loosen and cause a sound when stepping on the floor.
