The intellectual property and technology were purchased from Skeleton Technologies AG in Switzerland, and the manufacturing facility was acquired from Stockholm Termobehandling AB. To benefit from E6's existing powder metallurgical expertise and comprehensive diamond research and production capabilities, the ScD manufacturing machine will be installed at E6's industrial diamond manufacturing facility in South Africa.
