To better implement the newly issued national standards for vibration measurement methods (GB/T24610-2009: ISO15242---2004), jointly organized by the National Rolling Bearing Standardization Technical Committee, the National Bearing Supervision and Inspection Center, and the Axis Association Technical Committee, Hangzhou The Rolling Bearing Vibration Technology Seminar co-organized by the Bearing Testing Center and Ningbo Zhongce Instrument Co., Ltd. was held in Hangzhou on April 7th to 8th, 2011. 90 representatives from more than 70 companies in the bearing industry participated in the vibration technology seminar.
The conference was chaired by Professor Guo Baoxia, Secretary General of the National Rolling Bearing Standardization Technical Committee. Professor Yang Xiaowei, Director of the National Bearing Supervision and Inspection Center, Zhang Yajun, General Manager of the Hangzhou Bearing Testing and Research Center, and Lou Wangjian, General Manager of Ningbo Zhongce Instrument Co., Ltd. delivered speeches. The seminar arranged expert lectures. Prof. Yang Xiaowei, Vice Chairman of Luoyang Axon Research Technology, Dr. Zhao Lianchun, General Manager of Shanghai Feisai Bearing Technology Co., Ltd., Prof. Chen Fanghua of the Hangzhou Bearing Testing and Research Center, Deputy Director Tang Jie of the National Bearing Supervision and Inspection Center, and Peng Lan, respectively, on rolling bearing vibration and noise, Abnormal sound detection, vibration measurement methods, industry vibration test results in the past two years, and revised tapered roller bearing vibration (acceleration) technical conditions have been explained and explained in simple language. The wonderful speeches of the experts were generally praised by the delegates. Based on the content of expert lectures and the practice of their respective companies, and in combination with their own work experience, the delegates had a lively discussion. Implementation of new national standards for bearing vibration; transition and improvement of current vibration standards and measurement methods; calibration, maintenance, transformation, and updating of existing detection equipment; publication of standardized, standardized and personnel training for vibration testing process A lot of good advice. Delegates suggested that equipment and equipment companies should develop instruments that fully comply with the new national standards for vibration measurement as soon as possible to create conditions for China's vibration technology to catch up with international standards.
The deputy secretary-general of the Axis Association Lu Gang attended the seminar and gave a concluding speech. Lu Gang briefly reviewed the development process of China's bearing vibration technology since the 1980s and its important contribution to China's physical quality of bearing products catching up with the international advanced level; and fully affirmed the practical significance of successfully holding this seminar. It also elaborated on the industry's “Quality Industry†campaign, starting from the physical quality, promoting with the brand building, promoting the improvement of the quality competitiveness, accelerating the transformation of the enterprise development mode, and scientific development.
