FAC bearing inner ring fixing method: FAG bearing has inner ring and outer ring, its fixing method is:

1, FAG bearing shoulder fixation

The bearing inner ring relies on the shoulder and the interference to achieve axial fixation. Suitable for both ends of the fixed support structure. The structure is simple and the outline size is small.

2, FAG bearing retaining ring fixed

The bearing inner ring is axially fixed by a shoulder and a lock nut. Can withstand less than two-way axial load. Axial structure size is small.

3, FAG bearing lock nut fixed

FAG bearing inner ring is axially fixed by shaft shoulder and lock nut. And there are anti-loosening locking washers, safe and reliable, suitable for high-speed, heavy-duty occasions.

4, FAG bearing end thrust washers fixed

The bearing inner ring is axially fixed by a shoulder and a shaft end retaining ring. The shaft end retainer is screwed to the shaft end. The fixing screw should have a locking device.

Suitable for occasions where the shaft end should not cut threads or space is limited.

5, FAG bearing adapter sleeve fixed

Reliance on the radial dimension of the inner bore of the adapter sleeve is compressed and clamped on the shaft to achieve axial fixation of the bearing inner ring.

6, FAG bearing withdrawal sleeve fixed

The clamping method of the withdrawal sleeve is the same as that of the adapter sleeve. However, because of the special nut, the withdrawal sleeve can be easily loaded and unloaded. It is suitable for fixing the double row spherical bearings with large radial load and small axial load on the optical axis.
