Fault 1: The hydraulic motor does not start, the pressure does not rise, and the built-in relief valve malfunctions. After repairing or replacing the relief valve, the pressure rises.
Reasons: 1. The negative brake is not released, and the throttle valve of the pressure passage is released;
2. The negative brake is not released, and the loading of the spool is reversed;
3. The friction plate or the isolation plate of the negative brake portion is solidified;
4. The brake piston of the negative brake portion is solidified;
5. The sliding part is burned out.
6, the valve core malfunction, eg: the valve core is stuck, the throttle valve is blocked.
Measures: 1. Investigate the blockage of the throttle valve for cleaning or replacement;
2. Load the valve plug in the correct direction;
3. Replace the friction plate and the insulation plate;
4. Repair or replace the outer diameter of the brake piston;
5, check repair or replace the piston, sliding shoes, sliding shoes, pump, distribution plate, etc.;
6. Trimming or replacing.

3. Check for repair or replacement of the sliding part.
Fault 3: The rotation has not reached the set value
Reasons: 1. Insufficient oil flow;
2. The shoe, pump, and distribution plate are worn or injured.
Measures: 1. Check the discharge of the pump, that is, until the oil pressure passage of the motor.
