Pursuant to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's “Drafting Conditions for Printing and Dyeing Industry (2010 Revision)” (Consumer Consumption [2010] No. 93), the Ministry of Industry and the Ministry of Environmental Protection and other departments formulated the “Admission Notice Management for Printing and Dyeing Enterprises”. The "Interim Measures" is now issued to you.

In accordance with relevant requirements, all provincial-level industrial and informatization authorities shall carefully organize the application, review, supervision and management of the printing and dyeing enterprises in the region, and apply the materials of the enterprises that meet the conditions of accession before the end of May each year. The review opinions (in triplicate and submit electronic documents) are submitted to our department (Consumer Products Industry Department).
