The JWK2521 new heavy-duty drafting and winding machine jointly developed by Yuci Jingwei Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd. and China Textile Research Institute Beijing Zhongli Machine Co., Ltd. was recently installed and entered the trial phase.
The project is an experimental machine for drafting and winding of polyester double-denier two-step method, which is the key equipment in the drawing and winding process of polyester industrial yarn. After being stretched and shaped by the machine, it has certain mechanical properties such as fineness, strength, modulus and residual elongation. It is suitable for high modulus and low shrinkage. The suitable spinning range is 550-1440dtex, the drafting speed is 100-500m/min, the spinning speed is 300m/min, and the annual production capacity can reach 645 tons.
