Centrifugal pump impeller, clean and check the impeller surface at all levels, the impeller surface should be free of cracks, wear and other defects, impeller flow channel surface should be smooth, and no scaling, burrs, leaves should be no cracks, scouring thinning and other defects. 2. Impeller hole as a benchmark, check the impeller radial runout should not exceed 0.05 mm. End runout is not greater than 0.04 mm. 3, Impeller and shaft with interference fit, generally H7 / h6. Key and keyway interference with the amount of 0.09 ~ 0.12 mm, after assembly, centrifugal pump key top of the gap is 0.04 ~ 0.07 mm. 4, Impeller for static balance. Take the outer circle as a reference and measure the radial runout of the inner bore. The value should not be more than 0.02mm. 3. Measure the clearance between the shaft seal and the pump shaft of the centrifugal oil pump. The value should be between 0.25 and 0.30 mm. Fourth, centrifugal pump shaft, cleaning and inspection of the pump shaft, the pump shaft should be free of cracks, serious wear and tear and other defects.
