Appearance: water-soluble, dark brown liquid
 
Features: high heat resistance, less light resistance in solution. yellow in acidic conditions, orange in alkaline conditions.It is soluble in water at low concentration but some can be dispersed at high concentration.
 
Range of application:( referred to GB2760-2011) seasoning, ice cream, candy, biscuit, pastry, particularly effective in instant noodles
 
Recommended dosage: It is filled according to the normal production needs, usually at the ratio of 0.2‰~2‰.

Aluminium cases (powder): 1kg*1bag=10kg/case
Plastic cans (liquid): 1kg*20bottlles=20kg/case    5kg*4bottles=20kg/case
 
Attention: when adding curcumin together with alkaline to the flour during pastry production, it turns orange, and then turns golden after steaming.
 
Storage and transportation conditions:The product must be sealed in dark, dry and cool place to save.
