Abstract: Standard technical parameters of multi-function water pump control valve This standard is applicable to multi-function water pump control valve with nominal pressure of PN1.0MPa-PN4.0MPa and nominal diameter of DN50mm-DN1200mm.
The standard technical requirements are now described as follows:
1 pressure - temperature level
The pressure of the multi-function water pump control valve - the temperature level is determined by the pressure of the housing, the internals and the material of the control pipe system - the temperature class. The maximum allowable working pressure of the multi-function water pump control valve at a certain temperature is a small value of the maximum allowable working pressure value of the housing, the inner part and the control tube system material at the temperature.
The pressure of the iron casing - the temperature class should meet the requirements of GB/T17241.7.
The pressure of the steel casing - the temperature class should meet the requirements of GB/T9124.
For GB/T17241.7, GB/T9124 does not specify the pressure-temperature class of materials, according to the relevant standards or design regulations.
2 valve body
Body flange
The flange should be cast integrally with the valve body. The type and size of the iron flange shall comply with the provisions of GB/T17241.6, the technical conditions shall comply with the provisions of GB/T17241.7; the type and size of the steel flange shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9113.1, technical conditions Should comply with the provisions of GB/T9124.
Minimum wall thickness of the valve body
The minimum wall thickness of the cast iron body shall comply with the provisions of Table 3 of GB/T13932-1992. The minimum wall thickness of the cast steel body shall comply with the requirements of Table 1 of JB/T8937-1999.
3 bonnet diaphragm seat
The connection type of the bonnet and the diaphragm seat, the diaphragm seat and the valve body should be flanged.
The number of connecting bolts between the diaphragm seat and the valve body shall not be less than four.
The minimum wall thickness of the bonnet and diaphragm seat is as specified in 2.3.
The flange of the bonnet and diaphragm seat should be round. The type of flange sealing surface can be flat, convex or concave.
4 valve stem, slow-closing valve plate, main valve plate
The slow-closing valve plate and the valve stem should be connected tightly and reliably.
The sealing type of the slow-closing valve plate and the main valve plate shall be in the form of a metal seal.
The main valve plate and the valve stem must be flexible and reliable.
The main valve plate and the main valve plate seat can be sealed in both metal and non-metallic seals.
5 diaphragm
Diaphragm performance should be in accordance with Table 2 (see next page).
The appearance quality of the diaphragm should be in accordance with HG/T3090.
When applied to drinking water, the safety of the diaphragm material should meet the requirements of GB/T17219.
6 control tube system
The components of the control tube system shall be able to withstand the highest working pressure of the valve and no leakage shall occur in all parts.
7 materials
The selection of the main parts and materials should be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T5300.
Copper alloy castings shall comply with the provisions of GB/T12225; gray cast iron castings shall comply with the provisions of GB/T12226, and the tensile strength shall not be less than 200 MPa; ductile iron castings shall comply with the provisions of GB/T12227; carbon steel castings shall comply with GB/ The provisions of T12229; austenitic steel castings shall comply with the provisions of GB/T12230.
The appearance quality of the steel multi-function water pump control valve castings shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7927, and the appearance quality of the iron multi-function water pump control valve castings shall refer to the provisions of JB/T7927.
8 shell strength
The shell strength of the multi-function water pump control valve shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13927.
9 sealing performance
The sealing performance of the multi-function water pump control valve shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13927.
10 cleanliness
The cleanliness of the multi-function water pump control valve shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7748.
11 painting
When applied to drinking water, the safety of the coating material of the multi-function pump control valve cavity should meet the requirements of GB/T17219. The outer surface coating is not specified, and the special requirements are stated in the order contract.
